Vice President, Paul Cassady will be retiring from Excellence Marketing on Aug. 31, 2020, after an almost three-decade run at Excellence Marketing. Cassady began his career at Excellence after meeting Owner and CEO, Ken Simons at Twin-Cities-based music chain, Knut Koupee.
“I first met Paul when he was General Manager at Knut Koupee,” said Simons. “As I walked in for my appointment, I saw him working with an angry customer. Paul took this customer from nuclear to normal in 5 minutes and it made a huge impression on me. He’s been doing that for 28 years for us and I’m unable to imagine what it will be like without him here but nobody deserves this more than him.”
Cassady will take a brief sabbatical and return on a part-time capacity in October of 2020. A big shout out and thank you to Cassady for a happy, healthy and well-earned retirement. Thank you Paul!
